Mark Knudsen

Chief Experience Officer

Mark Knudsen is responsible for the overall client experience with Synzi’s platform and solutions.  He works with clients and across the Synzi team to ensure market and client requirements drive product strategy, to define solution best practices, and to make sure Synzi delivers an intuitive and valuable user experience.  He leads the Sales Engineering and Professional Services teams as well as helping with Synzi’s strategic partnerships.

Mark has over 25 years of experience spanning solution strategy, software development, and professional services with over 10 years of focus in healthcare technology and patient engagement.  Previously he served as Synzi’s Chief Technology Officer, Stratus Video Telehealth’s Vice President of Product Innovation, and CareCloud’s Senior Director of Professional Services.

He has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Georgia Tech and a Master’s degree in Theology Studies from Regent College. Mark is an avid music fan and in his free time enjoys record collecting and vacationing in Vermont with his family.
