Project Management

Discovery and Configuration
The Professional Services team will kick-off the implementation process by conducting a “deep-dive” into your current state workflow in order to assess how the Synzi platform will optimize your business operations moving forward. During the discovery process, we will analyze all aspects of patient and provider communications and determine how the platform can best enhance your organization. Using the insights obtained throughout the discovery process, we will configure your Synzi enterprise to meet your needs while also leveraging industry and organizational best practices.
Training and Deployment
Our training approach combines a variety of approaches including on-site classroom sessions and the train the trainer methodology. During the training, we will educate key team members on the platform’s features and functionality, and prepare your internal team of trainers to train, coach, and bring other team members on board. Your organization’s workflows and use case scenarios will be thoroughly tested and reviewed during training. Throughout the deployment phase, the configuration will be tweaked and adapted to ensure the system is functioning as desired. Once the configuration is validated, our team will guide you through the application download process and user log-ins will be released.
Rollout and Launch
Launch is a key milestone that will be defined at the onset of the implementation. At the point of launch, all initial users will be up and running on the platform and your organization will begin to realize the benefits of Synzi’s virtual care platform! Synzi’s professional services team will continue to support your organization as the platform is rolled out to your team members.
